MBP 2016 Graphics issue

I recorded this video -

Notice the white flashing rectangle when I click the Roundups drop-down? Well, that happens *everywhere*. Does anyone else have this problem? Did you find a fix?

I heard about something like this when using safari, but I think Apple fixed that. Try Google Chrome and see if that same flashing happens again.
