MBP 2016 Screen damage

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I noticed this "dot" on my screen - it doesn't look like dead pixel(s) nor it is screen scratch and as far as I can tell, it is not dirt either. Could you please tell me what it is?

Also today I noticed bit smaller dot, near that same one - as far as I can tell they seem to have all the same properties.

Don’t know what to say, hope you got AppleCare, I’m sure they will fix it. My screen cracked on my 2016 and they squawked about it a little saying that it was impact damage, though it was not, the screen just flexed when I opened it one day, but they did replace it and it was perfect after.
