MBP 2016 TouchBar 13' won't charge in 12.13.2

My MBP touch bar 2016 13' won't charge in MacOS 12.13.2 from last week while I found my laptop shutdown in Zero battery.

I fully charge it from 0 to 100% by same apple charger with same cable.
then, I google it for won't charge issue in 2016 touch bar MBP.

I did the rest for SMC. and NVRAM again. The MacBook will back to work after reboot or reset SMC.

Today, the MacBook Pro is using the battery while the AC plug inside the USB port. the battery is downing. (please check attached photo)

so, I reboot it again for charging again.

after the MacBook slept again in afternoon, the MacBook won't charge again by using the remaining battery.
I checked the About-system info-hardware-power. The battery icon show the " Battery is Not charging / power sourceower adaptor". The battery percentage is downing .

so, I call the Apple service again for this issues.

The apple service guy asked me reinstall the OS again.

so, I reinstall it by Command (⌘)-R. ( since Shift-Option-Command-R will downgrade my macOS , I choose the reinstall from Mac ).

now, the same problem occurred it again by same problem. the percentage is downing while the AC power is connected to MacBook Pro.

any friend can guide me for finding the problem of battery problem.
