My 2016 MacBook had a factory display problem with the backlight and I ended up having the display replaced at a local authorized Apple service center free of charge. Ever since then, however, I've been facing two main issues:

1. The keyboard has become worse than before. The space bar sticks a little bit and isn't as responsive as it used to be which is quite annoying as it is one of the buttons I use most.

2. There's a weird crackling noise that sounds like it's coming from the fan, and it only happens when there's a heavy process going on (like installing Windows through Parallels Desktop, in this case) and then it goes away once everything cools off.

I've attached a video of the issue, and the sound is really clear, probably even more clear than it is in real life so it should give you a very good reference point.

Now what do you think I should do about this? I don't want to give it to the repair center again because they take an awfully long time to sort the issues out, and a lot of times end up not doing anything about it. I am afraid they might mess things up even more, so if there's a way I can troubleshoot this myself, I'd be more than happy to try.

Thanks a lot.
