MBP 2018 & Apple Cinema Display

Hi, did sombody sucessfully connected a Mac Book pro from 2018 (Usb-c), with a Apple Cinema display (Mini- Display port ?
I alreaddy tried these adapters, but they are not working, the display stays black.

It uses 2 ports, but these from Amazon are tested and working on a 2017 MacBook Pro:

USB 3.1 Type C to Mini Display Port Adapter
AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter

The only thing I have noticed is that closing the lid on the MBP sends everything to sleep, but apart from that, the USB Ports, Camera, Speakers and Brightness controls all work.

(EDIT: And you need to use a 3rd USB port on the MBP for charging)
