MBP 2018 vs 2019 question...

I'm looking at changing my old 2011 mbp to a 15" 2018 or 2019 version. Questions though -

I see you can get either 18 or 19 with '2.6GHz 6-core Intel Core i7' - would there be any difference here?

Is there a problem with the keyboard? if so what is this problem?
