MBP 2019 16" became hot and noisy for no reason (MacOS 11.6)

Hi, I am just browsing the web. No video contents. Then suddenly, the bottom became very hot and the fan became very noisy. From activity monitor, I found kernel_task 2.3TB read/write bytes at the top of the list. Is that the cause? What is wrong?
