Read the item description a little closer next time.

  • Ultra HD 4K output & Triple Display: Mirror or extend your USB-C laptop screen stream 4K UHD or full HD 1080P video using HDMI or VGA port. Triple display: one display of HDMI output, one display of HDMI or VGA, one screen of laptop. Please note ONLY Windows system support MST, Mac OS DOES NOT support triple display
Edit to add: That was from the product summary. One of the product photos describes and shows an example of this limitation. In the description, it is again explained (along with ANOTHER picture of how it works). In the Q&A, it is explained again. Four sections of that product page tell you this is not possible, two of which use pictures... how could you have possibly missed all that?

To add: This is also the case for a lot of the higher priced Thunderbolt 3 dockingstations because they also (often) use MST and sadly MacOS does not work with it (only mirrors). You can circumvent this if the dockingstation also has a Thunderbolt output for other devices - so you can connect one display with a DisplayPort or HDMI connection and the second display with the thunderbolt 3 connection (like with the HP Thunderbolt 3 dockingstation G2).
