Can I turn my trackpad into the multitouch? If it works on Mac OS X Mountain Lion, will it works on Mavericks? And how to do this?

The MBP 3,1 does not have a multi-touch trackpad. Only the 4,1 and later do.

The only thing you'll have is 2 finger scrolling, which you already do have. If it works on ML, it'll work on Mavericks.
