MBP 8600 gt memory?????

hey guys and gals!!! i installed xp today on my mac..(ONLY FOR GAMING ) but i got shocked when i saw the details for the graphic card.. it shows the card as having 512mb of memory!!! wats up with it????

It's wrong. Assuming you have the same computer I do (2.2 ghz SR MBP, default 128 mb 8600m GT) we only have 128 mb video memory. Sorry to burst your bubble

No sorry, it's not. It's a bug. If you have 163.44 it shows the correct size.
