How do I check if my MBP airport card is working properly, I recently had a situation where my Airport would not connect to my home connection, but would connect to neighbors. I turned off my router and restarted and restarted my MBP and it works fine. I just wondered if there is a way to check your airport card is working properly. BTW I have an Airport Extreme router.
 
Well, pretty simply, does it connect to your network? No? Does it connect to someone else's? Yes? Then it's probably your network that's the problem.
