MBP Airport needs authentication? It won't turn off...

I have a unibody MBP and recently changing networks or turning the Airport on or off needs administrator authentication.

This is something new...I don't remember changing any options deep in System Prefs.
I've already tried the Airport> Advanced> Require Admin Pass... checkbox but it keeps doing it whether it's checked or not.

I've restarted...all the normal things!

If you have any input, throw it at me!

Is Security > Require Password to unl.... checked?

Other than that, I can't think of anything.

Nope, unchecked...it's lookng like I'll have to call Apple...
