MBP/App store install issue?

Purchased a mbp in January this year, which came with Lion preinstalled. When I go to the App store and lick on updates, it says I need to install Lion again, which I did last Saturday. Now when I bring the app store up, it still shows that I need to install it? I do all the software updates when available, but why does it show that at the app store?

Any ideas?
