Hey,
I made a shutdown application through applescript for my MBP with Lion. It is something like:
tell finder
shutdown
end tell
The last time I shut down my MBP, it was by clicking that application. Now when I boot up my MBP to use it, after I log in through the login screen, it automatically runs the shutdown application as soon as I log in, and shuts down my mac.
So now I am stuck in a loop where every time I turn on my mac and log in, it just shuts down before I can do anything. I only have one user login on my mac to log in to.
Any ideas on how I can get around this. Maybe somehow, the application is a login item. Can I do a "safe-mode" login, like they have in windows? Please help, I need to access my Mac urgently. Any ideas will help.
