I got some new parts in to fix the bezel on my Penryn MBP yesterday. Swapped the LCD over to the new bezel, and now the backlight stopped working. I can still see images on the screen if I shine a bright light on the screen, but the backlight will not come on at all.

The replacement bezel came with an inverter board, which was loose in the bottom of the box when I got it, so that was my first concern. I tried changing the inverter out for my original (working) inverter board, but this made no difference, still no light. I checked and recheced the connections, but nothing seems to make a difference. What could be the problem with the backlight?
