MBP Battery calibration

Hi guys, and fellow mac friends.

I got a MBP 2 weeks ago, and spent alot of time taking to my friends (who got mac as well) about the battery, cycles and so on. Tho i am not sure about the calibration. How is it done, and how often should i do it?

I hope you can help me :)
