is it just the battery that is broken, or will Apple need to examine the whole computer.
We have very strict rules on what we can hand over to 3rd parties at work, so if at all possible I would like to avoid having to wipe the machine!
Has anyone else had any luck with swapping swelling batteries(esp. ones that aren't part of Apple's recall)
