MBP - black screen when waking up.

I have 10.8.3 on mbp mid-2010. I've had problems with the logic board and got a new one installed by apple due to one of their programs.

My macbook pro sometimes doesn't wake up from sleep. I got a blackscreen.
I've read about this matter and it seems common on 10.8.3. But I've got my mbp energy settings never go to sleep, but still I get these blachscreen.

My macbok pro is connected to a external display and running in closed clamshellmode.

I've had a similar problem with my 2009 running 10.6.8. Apple keeps telling me it's hard drive and hard drive cable stuff. Can't get them to check the logic board.
