ive searched everywhere but never see any similar case to mine. it happened about a year ago but the size of it seems to became larger overtime and its getting really annoying, especially when watching movies. its only visible on dark backgrounds.

can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem here and what can i do except replacing the LCD because the price of changing to a new LCD is almost half the price of the macbook itself.
hope someone can help :( thanks!

That's a pressure spot. At some time of the computer's life the lid was shut on an object, probably a pen to get that shape, and it bent the glass forcing pressure on the LCD. It will not go away. I'd say live with it if you can, or buy a new MBP later. Don't spend the money to replace it.
