A couple of weeks ago, I got the MBP light dim, won't charge problem. I took it in, they said it was my battery, swapped it out--I assume the tech confirmed it worked in the store, but it didn't when I got home. I was going away, so I didn't have time to chase it up. Running off AC was annoying, but I can deal with it. I checked the adapter (used my sister's) and it didn't solve the problem so that's not it either.

However, I decided to have another stab at it, and I'm genuinely puzzled. Hardware test shows no problems. The tech checked the pins.

I'm now at the stage where I can't actually run my MBP with the battery in because it's basically dead (it simply shuts down). Anything else I should look at before I take it in?
