Yep. The grey install disks in the envelope marked "Everything Else" under the "Everything Mac" booklet.

It comes with a grey system restore DVD. This is usually in the small, grey cardboard box which is big enough to hold the TV and the printed documentation.

Apparently it won't, but never tired it. I just use my OEM SL disk when I need to re-image.

No. System Restore discs are specific to the type of computer they were shipped with.
