I got a 13" MBP09, my first mac, a couple of days back. The experience has so far been exemplary, but there are few PC stuff I'm used to, like the End/Home/Pg.Up/Pg.Dn functionality, Shift+Arrow keys to select, really useful while working on Word Processing apps. What are the Mac equivalents of these? Also, how do I increase the speed at which the cursor moves across a line? It's really slow. Any help would be appreciated.

Oops.. that really does look like a dumb question. :)
Thanks a ton anyways.

Just one last thing... my Macbook Pro had no Pg.UP/Pg. DN keys.
Any shortcuts?

Regards.

On older Mac laptops, the up arrow is labelled with "pg up" and the down arrow with "pg dn", accessed by holding the fn key. The label is gone in the latest revision, but function+up/down arrow might work the same anyway.
