MBP Debug with osciloscope

hi everybody,

i have a mbp 13 motherboard, which is dont turn on, but the charger, is lights green randomly, im suspecting about 6259ahrtz, but the signal is very good about the test point, searching other suspects, and im see tps51125, and im see this ,the signal is very, confused, attached some pictures.At the other side there is a capacitor.Any expreience?
