OK I know this sounds crazy but I don't have another explanation for this. A couple days back I had my battery exchanged at an Apple Store. All the guy did was plug his iPod nano to run a battery check and then replaced the battery. But now my MBP won't instant sleep!

I used this http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20070302210328928

I know it says 10.4, because it's old, but it's the same commands I used for Leopard and SL and it worked for both. I'd close the lid and it would sleep instantly. Now it takes 5-10 seconds to sleep. I tried re-entering and it didn't do it...

I'm so confused

Also tried SmartSleep. I don't understand why this is happening :(
