MBP Early 11 Overheating and Right Fan Slow?!?

Today I noticed that my Macbook Pro Early 2011's right fan wasn't working properly I have smcFanControl and iStats menu and when I set the max speed on the fans, both say the left fan goes up to about 6200 RPM, but the right one only ever gets up to 1101-1103 RPM?!? I also noticed that when playing games like minecraft, the CPU gets up to 93 degrees Celsius !!! I defiantly don't think this is normal Any help?

Either the fan is failing or the fan controller on the logos board has failed. I'd take it in for service if you can.
