Ever since I've switched to laptop, its screen remains below the height of my eyes, which results in my having to bow my head slightly when looking at the screen.

Now, the ergonomics is supposed to look like this:

So my question is, how can I raise my MBP in order for the screen to be at approx. the height of my eyes, and still maintain decent typing ergonomics?

Rain Design's iLap if you want to use the notebook on your lap.
Rain Design's mStand for your desk
I personally like Logitech's Alto Stand because of the USB ports.

^^ Looks pretty decent, but wouldn't it be a bit inconvenient to type in that way?

Dude that's where the mStand and the wireless keyboard come in at. I pretty much just use mine just for a stand right now, cuz it just looks so cool.

So if I bought a bluetooth keyboard (rather than regular wireless), and at the same time had a bluetooth mouse, would they interfere with each other?
