MBP External Display: Steam Games (Crossover)

Hey guys, I just picked up a 23" Dell monitor and everything is going really great.
I only have one problem, I can't seem to get CS:S to run in full screen in the external monitor without mirroring. I am running Steam through crossover at 1440x900 res. I tried dragging a windowed version of CS:S to the monitor then expanding it, but no such luck.

Any advice?
