MBP failed to see internal hdd

Hello,

During reboot my mac failed to see hdd.
At first I though hdd failed but fatter replacing with another same thing happened after 2 days. It won't boot and booting from DVD took forever and diskutil sees no hdd.

After further investigation I concluded it could be

- logic board
- hdd cable

Anyone seen this before?

Any advise?

What MBP do you have?
Do you have an enclosure for 2.5" S-ATA HDDs, where you could boot the old HDD into and try to boot from it?


Have you tried any of these steps?
