MBP Firmware Restore?

Hello,

I recently uninstalled Fan Control, but my MBP no longer automatically adjusts fan speed. I'm using smcFanControl now to make sure I don't overheat.

Apparently Fan Control changed some settings in the firmware and in order to fix the issue (make my fans automatically adjust again) I need to restore (rollback) my firmware. I tried a firmware restoration CD, but since I didn't have an uninterrupted firmware update it didn't work.

How can I roll back my firmware?
