MBP forgetting network key

I´m using an Extreme connected to the providers modem to access the internet from my MBP and a macMini. Everything works fine, but I´ll have to use airport utility each time after restarting both machines from sleeping to access the extreme network. I just have to re-select the extreme network (and enter the WPA) and immediately all is working again, but it´s annoying... Every time I´m adding the network key to the keychain, but it seems its not remembered neither by the MBP nor by the macMini (both running Leopard). Anyone has a hint what i can do to avoid this...?
