MBP freeze and horizontal lines appears after ram upgrade

Hello,
I bought new corsair ddr3 1066 8gb (two slots) and everything seems fine after installing it but after few hours my mac is freeze and i see some lines on the screen and only hold press on the shutdown button shut off my mac.

Why its happend?

Sounds like bad ram, possibly failing as it heats up.
