MBP harddisk specifications: Access Time & Cache

Hi All,


Does anybody know the technical specs of Apple's standard Harddisks?

I can't find anything more than the disk sizes 250,320, 500Gb and a rotation speed of 5400 or 7200 rpm.

I'd like to know the access time and cache of the disks and of course any other info of the standard disks you think is relevant?
