MBP Headphone Jack

Sounds like the latest rumor starting to float around is that the new MBP (may) not have a headphone jack, same as new iPhone. Big deal or not? I know I like the jack for headphones and speakers, although I do have a BT setup, I do prefer to listen to my external speakers via the jack. Curios as to this being an issue, or not.
