Anyone knows why the 13.3" i7 turbo boost is disabled when running windows?
Under mac os ,how can i verify turbo boost is working?thx

Anandtech's review of the Macbook Pro's show turbo boost works properly under both Windows and OS X. He also links to a tool that explains how to verify it yourself.
