Hi!
I don't know..I'ma a new Mac user...maybe I'm wrong but when I put in stop My MBp needs almost 30 sec. to switch off.
Anyone can help me? Any setting to do?

Thank you

What do you mean, "put in stop"? Do you mean turning it off? Shutting down? If so, it takes the MBP some time to store information to the hard drive before shutting down. You may also have an application running that is slow to shut down.

If you mean "Sleep" with stop (closing the lid or selecting Sleep from the :apple: Menu), then this might help.

Currently all Intel Apple laptops write the content of the RAM to the HDD before going to sleep, in case the battery dies.
