Will the 15in MBP with the Incase hardshell on it fit in the Incase neoprene sleeve with handles? Thinking about getting both if it works i'm paranoid huge first investment

It should, the sleeve kinda has a little expansion...

Yes. A former teacher of mine has a MBP with a hardshell and carries it around in the Incase neoprene sleeve with handles.
