Not sure whether this is the right forum or not.

Basically I had all my iTunes stuff on my PC, which I've since had to restore completely.

I bought my MBP and now use that as my only computer.

Is there a way of syncing my phone upto this lappy and having all my existing music and apps remain on my phone?

Yes. (assuming you've not wiped your PC)

Music

Go to your PC
Open iTunes
Click file -> library -> backup to disc
Go grab a few DVD's burn to them
Take to macbook pro and insert discs

Apps

Authorise your macbook pro
Click Store -> Authorise this computer
Enter iPhone Apple id details
Click File -> Transfer purchases from iPod/iPhone

You don't need to burn to DVD's if you have a USB Hardrive. You can just copy the entire library and paste it into the new computers iTunes librbary.. I just did this a month ago or so.
