So I have a unibody MBP I got back in October and for the past few days, the ethernet connection has been wonky. I'll be surfing the web then I'll stop getting an internet connection until I reboot the computer. When I'm on my Windows machine listening to my MBP's iTunes via sharing, it has to stop and rebuffer the stream every minute or two. This all occurs only on an ethernet connection. Is this an issue with my Mac or some other annoyance in the network?

If wireless works okay, I'd venture to say you have some faulty hardware, unless you're linking at 10Mb half duplex. You can check your network settings to see how you are connected.

It says I'm using half-duplex. Should it be changed to full?

Depends on the device you're connecting to. A hub can only connect at half duplex, while you can normally do full duplex when connected to a switch or using a crossover to another computer.

Update:
As of 6:45PM, my ethernet port is fried. Doesn't recognize there's a cable plugged in at all. Tried three different cables.
