Hi Guys

I've been running iStat Pro on my MBP 13" Mid 2012 for sometime now, and have just noticed the battery health is only 87% after 105 cycles, is this normal? or should I be worried?

Is there anything I can do that will improve this, or is it downhill from now

Thanks

Isn't the battery 'guaranteed for 1000 cycles'? In that case, 87% would make sense.

I was under the impression that the battery is "Guaranteed" for one year, after which it is considered a consumable, irrespective of number of cycles. If the battery requires replacement within one year, it is considered defective...after one year, it's a consumable.

I was not aware that it was guaranteed for 1,000 cycles...or any other number of cycles.
