I just got my MBP back from a whole heap of problems - and now I am getting this message when I try to burn CD's I tried one disc and on the 4th attempt if was able to burn!
The disk drive, hard drive, RAM and logic board were transplanted from my old MBP into a brand new case/screen etc. I think I might have to take it back to the Apple store later this week and have them check it out.
