MBP Late 2008 Charge Only 4600?

Hello,

I have a late 2008 MBP. I noticed in the Battery Guide it should have 5500, but on Coconut Battery it shows up as 4600. Do the new batteries have less charge in them? Or should I check it out with an Apple store?
