MBP Late 2010 - Graphics Problems

Please see enclosed pic. I get random graphics problems appearing on the screen - normally on Safari but also on Preview, etc. I thought it was a flash plugin problem because certain websites seemed to trigger the problem.

I have no addins in Safari and all I run is iTunes, Safari, Preview, and Finder together.

Any ideas before I 'yet again' go to my Genius bar.

It's a joke. Just take it to the genius bar there's obviously something deeper than a software issue going on with that and I guarantee most of the people here are going to give you terrible advice anyway (except me mines always great)
