So I've been having issues with my Thunderbolt 2 to DP external monitor.
I recently upgraded from Sierra to Mojave.
Not sure if it's because of a firmware version thing too since I read a while back about needing to update but that the newer OS updates did not properly update it. I also switched to an NVM.e so I don't know if it would affect the way it can update.
