mbp- low battery warning?

k, when it's running low on battery,
it would hibernate off itself without any previous warning..
i got pissed one time when i was in the middle of a DOTA game.

is there a warning for low battery for mbp?

There is supposed to be, but if your PMU or PRAM is screwed up, or the battery is not reporting correctly, you won't get the warning.
