Hi, I recently got MacBook Pro M1 13” base model 8/256, and everything is working fine except slow FinalCut Pro render (export).
For example, I am currently working on one FullHD 25fps heavy project 41 minutes long and it takes fcp around 1:30hrs to export the file (ProRes 422 Proxy).
Another project is a very simple 4k project shot on iPhone ( few clips only), 1:30hrs in length. Fcp export is 2:05hrs!
I tried other fcp export types but nothing works, render time is always longer than the project itself.
Is there any special compressor settings that make use of that M1 architecture? Or is this render times normal for base M1?
