Thinking about trading in my Early base 2023 MBP M2 with 512GB for a base MBA M4.
The main reason is because I want the bigger screen size, although its only 1in, it does make a big difference, I am a basic user and I dont need the power of a MBP, at the time, I purchased the MBP for the nicer screen over the MBA.

Question is, will I notice any difference for my daily use of browsing and having about 10 tabs and 5-6 apps opened at the same time?

It depends on the apps, but that doesn't sound like a stressful workload.

I suspect you will get a much better experience with the M4 MBA (because the interactive performance of the M4 generation is significantly faster which impacts everything you load, click on, etc. as an interactive user) with the one caveat being the screen quality.

It will be a significant downgrade, particularly if you use it to watch HDR content. If you don't its not as big a deal.

That workload is not a problem on a base m4 air.

That Macbook Pro screen though... it's hard to go back.
