MBP - MB133LL/A worth?

So, have stumbled upon a MacBook Pro C2D 2.4GHz 200GB 2GB DVDRW 15" Anti-Glare; MB133LL/A. First off, according to the seller, the only things wrong are the rubber feet are missing, there is a slight cosmetic feature on the keypad (just right of the trackpad), and the battery is about to go (lasts ~2 hours). So,,, would you take a gamble on this machine, and if so, at what price? Would $550 be worthy? If problems did come up with, and me not being the original owner, is there any recourse via Apple,,, given that this has some known issues [namely the NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT and logic board]?

BTW, comes with fresh install of OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.8, MS Office 2011, and a new model power adapter.

does it have AppleCare? If no, then I wouldn't really take it..

Compared to the same models that people are selling on eBay.. I think that this is a good deal. Good Luck =)
