Mbp - mba

I have a 13'' MBP.

2.3 i5, 8GB RAM .. am i right in thinking that if i install an SSD - especially a SATA 3 one then i would actually have a faster machine than a MBA?

If yes ill keep it.

If no - I'm thinking of getting an air

It's quite a bit faster with just the setup you've got now, so yes, of course it will be (even) faster with a ssd

yeah just geek benched it and I'm already about the new mba so ill stuck with it
