My Race Car
Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 15.4 inch screen with the 2.5 GHz Intel processor. I am wondering about upgrading the ram in my notebook. What different manufacture make like gaming ram or performance ram? I do a lot with programs and have many different windows open and I'm pushing the 2GB ram cards to the max. And is there way to have a ram card with like 800 MHz clock speed or something like that?

there is no gaming or performance ram for MBPs. Are you looking for something with a heatsink or speed lights?

go with name brand ram that has a good warranty, and I think fastest ram possible for MBP is 667

I would suggest you Kingston for example.... and the clock speed and all those stuff must match your current MBPs RAM

Just upgrade to 4GB, 667MHz and call it a day.
