MBP (mid 08) screen profiles...?

I know I saw a few of these floating around from a spyder calibration from a couple of people a while back...but for some reason the search function doesn't want to search anyone got one for the matte led?mine's a xx80 screen apparently

Won't the ideal screen profile differ between batch and batch of LCD's built in different factories? Why do you want other people's screen profiles (just asking....)?

Also, are there any third party programs (free, of course) that do a better job calibrating screens? The utility in leopard uses this really tiny box that's really hard to calibrate.
